Entry Requirements:
For prospective Enrolled Nurses:
- Two copies of the Grade 12 Certificate (matric) or an equivalent qualification
- Two copies of the Identification Document
- If applicable, two copies of the Marriage Certificate (required when the surname differs from that on the ID or Certificate)
For the Nurse Bridging Course candidates:
- Two copies of the Grade 12 Certificate (matric) or an equivalent qualification
- Two copies of the Enrolled Nurse Certificate
- Two copies of the Identification Document
- If applicable, two copies of the Marriage Certificate
- Two copies of the current S.A.N.C. receipt indicating proof of enrolment
- Two copies of the Proof of Professional Indemnity for 12 months
For Midwifery aspirants:
- Two copies of the Grade 12 Certificate (matric) or an equivalent qualification
- Two copies of SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
- Two copies of the Identification Document
- If applicable, two copies of the Marriage Certificate
- Two copies of the Proof of Professional Indemnity for 12 months
