Purchase a GTA Online house using your phone.
To buy a house in GTA Online, launch the Eyefind internet browser on your phone and expand the Money and Services section on the top bar. This provides you with access to a variety of websites where you can buy a house or other property. The following types of properties are available on various websites:
Real Estate – Garages, Houses, and Apartments – Dynasty 8
Executive – Offices – Dynasty 8
Foreclosures by Maze Bank – Clubhouses, Bunkers, Hangars, Facilities, Nightclubs, Arcades
Once you’ve decided on the type of property you want to invest in, go to the appropriate website to look over the available options. Make your selection and click ‘buy,’ then apply any customisation options that are available before clicking ‘purchase property’ to complete the transaction. If you buy a house in GTA Online and already own a similar property, you’ll be given the option of trading in your existing home or adding the new one separately – you can own several houses at once, so you can choose whether to expand your housing empire or focus on one location. After the transaction is completed, you can go to your new home and get settled in.

The other, slightly less efficient method is to physically go to the property and approach the For Sale sign. This will then display a prompt with the option to buy the property directly, bypassing any website browsing. There isn’t much benefit to using this method unless you happen to be passing a property that you like the look of, but it’s always an option if you want to use it.
