Official Copies of the Title Register, Title Plan, and Filed Deeds can only be obtained directly from the Land Registry by making a postal application using form OC1 (for the Title Register and/or Title Plan) or form OC2 (for the Filed Deeds) (for Filed Deeds). Official Copies cannot be obtained directly from the Land Registry online.

You may verify your title deed information online or in person at your local deeds office. You may view your title deed online by visiting websites such as Lexis® WinDeed. These websites provide ownership and other important information about properties registered with the deeds office.
