First Year
- The department offers three different first year courses:

Second Year
- The second year program offers introductory courses to the main concepts and tools useful in the study of mathematics and applied mathematics at higher levels.

Postgraduate studies

Honours
- In our honours year, we offer 9 different courses. To complete an honours in mathematics or applied mathematics students can choose 6 courses among the 9 offered and must complete one honours project in addition.The courses currently offered are:

Masters and PhD
- If you are interested in pursuing MSc, PhD (or postdoctoral) studies in this Department, you should contact the academic staff member with whom you would like to study, since we offer these qualifications by thesis only.When you do contact a potential supervisor, please write about the topic in which you would like to pursue research, as well as your background in that topic.
