Applications are processed in about 15 working days after all required documents are received at Criminal Record and Crime Scene Management. This time frame does not include postal time.
How long do you have after a crime to report it?
There is no time limit for bringing a prosecution for an indictable only or either way offense. This means that you can report a crime at any time, but the police may decide not to pursue further action for less serious offenses committed more than six months ago.
