What is difference between container and trailer?

A storage trailer sits 52 inches off the ground and can be brought to a loading dock and moved on-site. Ground-level trailer storage is not possible due to their design. A portable storage container is ground level, providing the ability to walk right in.

Is a shipping container a trailer?
