Cranfield Aviation HFGC – Human Factor Ground Crew Course
Many Aircraft accidents have in the past been caused, partly, mostly or even completely by errors made by Ground Personnel. The Human Factor for Ground Crew is 2 day course covering the impact of the Human Factor and Human Error in aircraft accidents. The course includes skills in Communication and Decision Making, The Error Chain, Strategies to manage Human Error, Risk assessment, Interpersonal behavior and team work and much more.
Ground Crew
The Human Factor for Ground Crew training program is specifically designed for personnel who hold ground positions in the aviation environment and focuses on the human errors that may be made by ground crews which ultimately may have an impact on the safety of a flight or on the performance of Air Crews and Aircraft Maintenance personnel.
This training is designed to help personnel develop or reinforce attitudes, skills and procedures, which will ultimately assist in protecting them in their responsibility and accountability on the job. It is important to acknowledge that the human factor in aviation industry is well researched. Common problem areas are identified and applicable throughout the world.
