Dyna Training (Pty) learning methodology aims to bring leaders and their leadership chains to operate in a state of flow.

Dyna Training (Pty) vision is underpinned by integrating the works of Jim Womack founder of the Lean movement; Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi who champions flow and working in a state of flow; and James Bruno’s pioneering work identifying the fusion between knowledge and confidence as being the primary force that empowers people to take action.
