The Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality is situated in the Sekhukhune District of Limpopo, South Africa. It is categorized as a Category B municipality and is the smallest among the four municipalities in the district. The municipality was established in 2000 following the merger of Marble Hall and eight former Transitional Local Councils (TLCs). It has its seat in Marble Hall and encompasses 16 wards.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality Bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- South African citizenship
- Residency within the Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality jurisdictional area
- Completion of Matric or current Matric enrollment
- Full-time enrollment in a recognized South African tertiary institution
- Pursuing a field of study listed in the bursary program
- Engineering students must have achieved a minimum of 60% in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English in Matric
- Preference given to applicants from previously disadvantaged backgrounds or rural communities
- Female students and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
