Requirements
- Educational Background: Matric/National Senior Certificate endorsed by Umalusi for diploma/bachelors admission.
- Subject Requirements:
- Life Sciences level 4/Biology HG-D/SG-C
- English level 4/HC-D/SG-C
- Mathematics/Maths Literacy and Physical Science level 3 or above (added advantage).
- APS Score: Minimum of 24 for the six highest subjects (excluding Life Orientation).
- Residency: Only applicants from the Northern Cape will be considered.
- Current Registration: Applicants registered at other institutions will not be accepted.
- Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview and write a Psychometric test.

- Qualified nurses must submit an Annual Practising Certificate.
- Proof of Residence from local municipality or Tribal Authority.
Post-Admission Requirements
- Bursary Application: Successful applicants are required to apply for a bursary from the Northern Cape Department of Health.
- Service Obligation: There’s a mandatory contract to work for an equivalent number of years spent in training with the Department.
