What you must do
To schedule a test, go to the local driving license testing center (DLTC).
Documents to be submitted to the DLTC include:
your learner’s permit
your identification document (ID).

At the DLTC, fill out the Application for Driving Licence (DL1) form.
Maintain the receipt as proof of payment as well as confirmation of the test day and time.
You must arrive at the DLTC at the given testing hour on the day of the test. Before you take the test, your receipt and learner’s license will be validated.
A trained examiner will evaluate you.
If you pass the test, you will be fingerprinted and subjected to an eye exam at the DLTC. You may also have an eye exam performed by a licensed optometrist and submit the form to the DLTC.
If you pass the driving test, you must pay the issuing fee to acquire a temporary driving license, which you will use until your ordered driving licence card arrives.
When your driver’s license card is ready for pickup, you will be contacted. You must pick up your driver’s license from the DLTC where you applied.
