If you need to update your mobile number on your myNSFAS account, NSFAS has made the process simple and convenient. Follow these steps to change your phone number:
Step 1: Log into your myNSFAS Account Visit the official NSFAS website and log into your myNSFAS account using your login credentials.
Step 2: Update Your Contact Details Once logged in, navigate to the section where you can update your contact details. Look for an option like “Profile Settings” or “Personal Information.”
Step 3: Go to NSFAS Connect From your myNSFAS account, access NSFAS Connect, which is a platform for communication with NSFAS.
Step 4: Create a Case Within NSFAS Connect, create a new case. This case will be your request to change your mobile number.
Step 5: Submit a Picture of Your ID As part of the case creation, you will be asked to submit a picture of your ID. Use your cell phone to take a clear picture of your identification document.
