The Inscape Pretoria campus, located in the innovative Menlyn Maine Design Hub, stands as the largest of all Inscape campuses. Nestled in Pretoria’s first green precinct, it offers a dynamic and stimulating environment that nurtures creativity in design, art, culture, and various other disciplines.

Campus Features:

Location: Menlyn Maine Design Hub, near the N1 highway with accessible public transport options, including taxi and Gautrain bus services.

Specializations: Offers a broad range of design specializations, making it a prime choice for students seeking diverse learning opportunities.

Facilities: Equipped with ten studios featuring 360-degree speakers, Apple/Lenovo computers, HD projectors, and three specialist venues for audiovisual, fashion design, and jewelry design courses.

Workshop: A fully-equipped workshop for hands-on experience in creating design products.

Libraries: A comprehensive main library and a sample library, encouraging extensive reading and material exploration.

Canteen: A large atrium space with a full canteen where students can eat, drink coffee, and collaborate.

Campus Culture and Life:

Vibrant Environment: The campus buzzes with diverse activities, drawing students from Pretoria and Northern provinces.

Engaging Academics: Lecturers actively facilitate classes promoting an energetic, vocal, and collaborative learning atmosphere.

How do I apply?

Select the course you are interested in and click APPLY. You can also click https://operations.inscape.co.za/App/Student/BasicPersonalInformation/ and complete the application form directly.

I only achieved a diploma or higher certificate pass but I want to study a degree. What can I do?

You can apply for any of our higher certificate courses. Pass and graduate with an NQF level 5 higher certificate. The higher certificate will allow you to enrol for any of our Bachelor of Design specialisation courses.

Should you wish to apply at another institution, please check the minimum requirements for the course at that institution. You may be required to upgrade some of your NSC results, so check them before the start of the academic year.

What subjects do I need to study a Bachelor of Design?

To study our Bachelor of Design you must achieve a National Senior Certificate with admission to a bachelor’s degree, or verification Certificate indicating an equivalent. Competent in English at NQF level 4. Mathematics is preferred.

What subjects do I need to study the Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing and Communication?

To study the Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing and Communication you must achieve a bachelor’s degree pass with 40% or above for Mathematics or 60% or above for Mathematical Literacy as well as 50% or above for English.
