The incumbents in these positions will be responsible to oversee the overall catering services operations at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. The incumbent reports to the Deputy Director: Catering Services and will furthermore meet the requirements and be responsible for the key performance areas listed below:
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma qualification in culinary arts
- At least five (5) years management and professional cookery experience
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and processes
- Fine dining skills
- Prepared to work extended hours
- Valid driver’s License

- Strong financial/business acumen & understanding of food cost and labour efficiencies
