Applicants should intend to study at one of the following universities:

  • University of Johannesburg
  • University of Pretoria
  • University of the Witwatersrand
  • North-West University

Sibanye-Stillwater Bursary Requirements and Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Sibanye-Stillwater bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Reside within the Kloof Labour Sending Area or local community.
  • Have completed Matric (Grade 12).
  • Be studying or intend to study at one of the specified tertiary institutions.
  • Achieve a university acceptance pass in Matric with a minimum APS of 23.
  • Obtain a minimum result of 60% for English in Matric.
  • Obtain a minimum result of 60% for Mathematics in Matric.
  • Obtain a minimum result of 60% for Physical Science in Matric.
  • Be studying or intending to study one of the eligible qualifications listed above in 2024-2025.
  • Be medically fit.
