Hospitality and Catering Services N4 – N6
Hospitality-related subjects offer a wide range of study options, both specialist and generalist. Whichever you choose, a degree in hospitality management gives you an in-depth understanding of the structure and operation of the industry and its related sectors. A common thread is a focus on identifying, understanding and responding to the needs of consumers, so as to provide an excellent customer experience.
Students complete three certificates (N4-N6) and 18 months of in-service training, at the end of which a Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Services is awarded. The course structure is laid out so that you can follow a stream that suites your requirement. The subjects for the various streams are as follows:

What is the minimum entrance requirements
A year end school report for Grade 12
Duration:
Each level takes 6 Months full time to complete (total of 18 months to complete the theory) and then 18 months practical. Generally it takes 3 years to qualify for a National Diploma.
