Quantitative methods of data analysis such as descriptive statistics, graphical methods for raw and grouped data, one-sampleand two-sample tests and confidence intervals, probability theory and distributions, Pearson’s chi-square tests of association, simple and multiple linear regression and correlation analysis, binary logistic regression analysis, the one-way analysis of variance, index numbers, financial calculations, and time series analysis will be introduced. Establishing productive relationships with peers and seniors over whom the manager has no formal authority. The second part looks at successful leaders in action to see how they develop a vision of the future, align the organisation behind that vision, motivate people to achieve the vision and design effective organisations and change them to achieve superior performance.
