UFS Late Application 2025: Undergraduate and Postgraduate

Undergraduate Programmes: Applications opened on 1 April 2024. The closing dates vary by programme:
MBChB, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiation Sciences: Closed on 31 May 2024.
Architecture, Biokinetics, Dietetics, Nursing, Social Work, Sport Coaching: Closed on 31 July 2024.
All Access Programmes on the South Campus and sub-regions, International Undergraduate Applications, Non-selection Programmes, Transfers from Other Tertiary Institutions, Community Development (Qwaqwa Campus only), Construction Economics and Management (Full-time), Construction Management (Compact Learning): Closed on 31 August 2024.
Drama and Theatre Arts, Forensic Sciences, Geology, Music, Physics with Engineering Sciences, Quantity Surveying (Compact Learning), Fine Arts: Closed on 30 September 2024.
Higher Certificate Programmes: Applications opened on 1 July 2024.
Late Applications
UFS has a firm policy regarding late applications. For most programmes, late applications are not accepted. Specifically, the closing date for applications to the School of Financial Planning Law is 15 January 2025, and late applications will not be considered.
Application Process

Online Application: Complete the application through the UFS online portal.
Required Documents: Ensure all necessary documents, such as academic records and identification, are uploaded.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of R100.00 must accompany the application form. A non-refundable late application fee of R250.00 is payable after the closing date.
