Admission Requirements:
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
An appropriate Diploma in Accounting Sciences or equivalent, with NQF level 6 modules in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
An appropriate Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or equivalent, with NQF level 6 modules in the same fields.
Any Bachelor’s degree and a completed Advanced Certificate in Accounting Sciences or its equivalent.
Application and Registration Details:
Application Deadline for 2024-2025: Extended to 17 November 2023 for most qualifications; for the College of Accounting Sciences and the College of Science, Engineering and Technology, it is 31 January.
Application Process: All applications must be submitted online.
Admission: Admission is not automatic but depends on meeting admission requirements and availability of space.
TVET College Support: Some qualifications are supported at TVET colleges, which can improve throughput rates. Applicants should check if their qualification is supported at their TVET college of choice.
