Learn while you earn
This programme allows students to acquire entrepreneurship skills and an entrepreneurial approach to business, as well as general management skills and an understanding of business in Africa. It can also provide access to an MBA. Graduates continuing with USB’s MBA will get recognition for 32 credits (15%) on the MBA. This learn-while-you-earn programme over one year has two formats: a blended learning format which combines on-campus and online classes, and a modular format covered in five on-campus blocks over the year.

This internationally accredited programme is aimed at working professionals who want to acquire general management skills underpinned by an entrepreneurial approach to business. The programme comprises 120 credits.

Gain access to an MBA
From 2016 onwards, no direct access to an MBA will be allowed at a South African academic institution without an appropriate four-year degree or postgraduate qualification. As from 2016, this postgraduate diploma will provide access to USB’s internationally accredited MBA for those who pass at a particular level.
