Before you can be admitted for study at the IIE’s Varsity College, you must complete an application online and thereafter, if your application is successful, you will receive an appropriate offer of Admission. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable Application Fee which is payable via the application portals below. You will require a credit card or internet banking (EFT) to make payment via this portal If you would like to make an EFT please ensure that your card is registered for online purchases and that you have internet banking – select OZOW and your appropriate bank when making payment. If you would like to use a credit card – please ensure that your card has been registered for the Online Payments – 3D Secure service – click here to read how to register your card for this service. If your card is not registered for this service – this will result in a failed transaction.

If you are an Applicant who previously applied and would now like to pay the Application Fee – please proceed to make payment via the appropriate Application Portal below. Select the relevant application form and enter your Application ID previously received. You will require a credit card, a debit card or internet banking (EFT) to make payment via this portal. If you would like to make an EFT please ensure that your card is registered for online purchases and that you

have internet banking – select OZOW and your appropriate bank when making payment. If you would like to use a credit card – please ensure that your card has been registered for the Online Payments – 3D Secure service – click here to read how to register your card for this service. If your card is not registered for this service – this will result in a failed transaction.When making an application – you will be required to submit your National ID or Passport and School Leaving Eligibility to date. Please keep these files sizes to a minimum as the maximum file size permitted per document is 2 MB. Please note, not all Undergraduate and Postgraduate contact programmes are available on all IIE Varsity College campuses. A limited number of programmes are available in the Distance mode of delivery. To find out if your programme of interest is available, please contact us directly.

Application Dates and Deadlines

Please note that in order to process your application a non-refundable fee of R400 is required. Applications for full time contact undergraduate studies close on 27 October. Please note that a limited number of students can be accepted to programmes at The IIE’s Varsity College, each academic year.

Late applications will be considered should space be available, with a late non–refundable application fee of R1750 levied.

Fees are payable online or through EFT.
Once payment has been made a Student Advisor will then contact you to complete the application process.

  1. Option A: Application Payments: If you have previously applied and would now like to pay the Application Fee – please proceed to make payment via the Application Portal.   2. Option B: Registered Student Payments: If you are a Registered Student and would like to make a payment – please click here to access the payment page. Please enter your Student Number as a reference. You will require a credit card or internet banking (EFT) to make payment via this portal. If you would like to make an EFT please ensure that your card is registered for online purchases and that you have internet banking – select OZOW and your appropriate bank when making payment. If you would like to use a credit card – please ensure that your card has been registered for the Online Payments – 3D Secure service – click here to read how to register your card for this service.   3. Option C: International Student Payments: If you are an international student and do not have a South African bank account – please click here

For Options A and B, if you do not have a credit card or are not registered for internet banking, you will then need to make payment directly at your bank via a direct deposit – please allow additional time for processing if this method is selected.
