Cape Point Nature Reserve
Cape Point is a nature reserve and one of the best places to visit in Cape town. Here visitors can see a variety of different birds and animals while they enjoy the scenic views. There are also many hiking trails here so you can really explore this area.
Capetown City Hall
Cape Town City Hall is a beautiful building that represents the city’s rich history. The facade features sculptures of famous figures from the history of the city and its surrounds, including Nelson Mandela and Jan Smuts. Inside are a series of artworks depicting different aspects of life in the Western Cape.
Boulders Beach,
Boulders Beach is one of the most famous beaches on Table Mountain. It is a huge rock outcropping with a variety of sea life that attracts both locals and tourists from all over the world. Visitors can explore the rock formations and caves along the shoreline before heading off for a delicious meal at one of several restaurants overlooking the beach.
Table Mountain Cableway
This is a sightseeing tour that offers a stunning view of the city and Table Mountain. The cable car is one of the world’s steepest aerial lifts and has been operating since 1908. The ride from top to bottom can take as little as three minutes, but it is worth taking your time for the ascent and enjoying the views along the way. There are several stops on this trip where you will be able to disembark for 15-20 minutes at a time before continuing on your journey.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens
Kirstenbosch is a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees. There are also lots of different animals that can be seen there too. The garden is right next door to Table Mountain, which is the landmark of Cape Town. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are a must see while visiting!
