About TUT End User Computing
We at the Department of End User Computing (EUC) provide services not only to ICT students but to students from other faculties as well. All students can apply information technology (IT) models in their lives, have an appreciation of the basic hardware and software components used in an information structure, learn how information is kept and controlled in a computer. We assist our students to make informed decisions in regard to internet, telecommunications, intranets, extranets and networks in their respective field of study.
Integrating end users into the computing environment such as MS Office, MS Project, Publisher, Sage Pastel and Expression Web is what we do best. The Department is represented on seven of the learning sites of TUT. The office of the HOD is in Soshanguve, with section heads on Soshanguve, Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria and Arcadia.
