ABOUT THE COMPANY – ADVTECH

ABOUT THE ADVTECH BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED

The ADvTECH Schools Division is offering the Student Teacher Bursary Program at three schools:

1. Trinityhouse Heritage Hill Preparatory (Centurion, Gauteng)
2. Trinity House Heritage Hill Pre-Primary (Centurion, Gauteng)
3. Trinityhouse Preparatory Little Falls (Roodepoort, Gauteng)

The bursary is available for Teaching studies within the following fields of specialization:

• African Languages First Additional Language
• Early Childhood Development
• Foundation Phase
• Mathematics
• Science

The bursary will cover tuition fees, with the amount of coverage linked to the student’s academic performance.

• The opportunity to study full-time or part-time at a recognized institution.
• Participation in a mentorship program.
• Completion of at least one essential practical work component at an ADvTECH Schools Division school (where feasible).

• The opportunity to be placed in one of the schools within the ADvTECH Schools Division after graduation, subject to the availability of positions.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADVTECH BURSARY

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Studying towards a teaching qualification in one of the specified fields of specialization.
• Enrolled as a full-time or part-time student.
• In the 3rd or 4th year of study.
