AISJ Admissions Process Guide

Welcome Message: We’re delighted to assist you through the AISJ Admissions process and aim to make your experience smooth and pleasant.

Application Steps:

Step 1: Document Preparation

• Gather digital copies of the following:
  • Passport or birth certificate of each student.
  • Head and shoulders or passport photos of parents and students.
  • School reports, transcripts, and any additional evaluations (if applicable).
  • Vaccination records or completed AISJ Medical Vaccination form.
• Send the Confidential Report link to your child’s current school for completion. This is crucial for high school applicants and must be filled out by the Principal, Dean, or Counselor.

Step 2: Account Creation

• Create an account with OpenApply.

Step 3: Online Application Form

• Complete the application form on OpenApply, uploading all necessary documents.

Step 4: Application Fee

• Pay the application fee invoice sent upon submitting your application. Understand that this fee is mandatory once you apply.

Step 5: Confidential Report Follow-up

• Ensure your child’s current school completes and submits the Confidential Report promptly. The application cannot proceed without this form.

Step 6: Admissions Tracker

• Use your OpenApply login details to track your application’s status. You’ll be notified as your documentation is received and verified.

Step 7: Review and Decision

• Your application will be reviewed, and you will be informed about the decision and any subsequent steps in the admissions process.
