About ASLA Group
ASLA Group has been providing fixed infrastructure design and construction solutions for over 47 years. The company offers design and construction solutions in various sectors, including bulk infrastructure, affordable housing, residential, roadworks, reservoirs, pipeline construction, and water and wastewater treatment. ASLA operates in the Western Cape (Strand and George) as well as the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape provinces.
About the ASLA Bursary Program
ASLA invites students to apply for their bursary program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The bursaries are available for studies in the following fields:
- Building/Construction Management
- Civil Engineering
- Quantity Surveying
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and may be required to provide additional information or attend an interview. If you do not receive any feedback, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ASLA Bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Full-time undergraduate study in one of the specified fields
- Entering the final year of study in 2025-2026
- Enrollment at a recognized and accredited South African university or university of technology
- Strong academic record
- Interest in pursuing a career in Construction Engineering
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online via the ASLA Bursary Application 2025-2026. When prompted to indicate how you heard about the ASLA bursary, enter “Uni24.co.za.”
Submit clear copies of the following supporting documents along with your online application (missing documents may disqualify your application):
- South African ID document/ID card (certified copy)
- ID photograph
- Full academic record, including the most recent results (on institution letterhead)
- Curriculum Vitae
Closing Date
The closing date for the ASLA Bursary is 10 October. Ensure you apply before this date as late applications will not be accepted.
