BAB Developers
BAB Developers is a private college that has been operational for the last eight years. Our main focus is skills development in South Africa.
The competency of the organisation revolves around the extensive industry experience that its members have acquired over the past 30 years in the Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Food and Energy industries.
With the projected growth of the South African economy and the associated skills shortage and unemployment situation in the country, the company’s vision is to be the preferred Occupational Skills Development Service Provider in the country.
To achieve this, the college’s key focus is to develop scarce and critical skills in the Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Food and Energy industries by facilitating the interaction between industry, communities and government (Seta’s) to produce customised, high quality skills development and consulting solutions for all stakeholders.
The college’s passion for skills development and subscription to the principles of corporate governance and international quality standards forms the key value pillars of the organization.
The college is accredited with the Chemical Seta (Chieta) and Department of Higher Eductation (DHET) to offer skills and learner-ship programs (action learning).
