How do I replace my expired FNB card?
Replacing your card has become convenient with our Card Delivery service. You will no longer need to go to your nearest branch to collect a replacement card for the one that was lost, stolen or damaged. Call 087 575 1111 for information on having your card delivered to where you are.

- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select the My Bank Accounts tab.
- Click on My Cards sub tab.
- Click Menu.
- Click Additional Card.
- Select an account and follow the instructions.
Can I buy FNB card at clicks?
FNB customers who don’t have an eBucks card can buy the card in Clicks stores for R19. 90. Follow the instructions on the pack to link the card to your account.
