Commencing Studies in January 2023 (First Semester):

- International Applicants: ZAR 300
- Standard Submission from 01 Nov 2022
- SA Citizens: ZAR 470
- International Applicants: ZAR 580
Starting in July 2022 (Second Semester):
- Before or on 31 May 2022
- SA Citizens: ZAR 250
- International Applicants: ZAR 300
Beginning in July 2023 (Second Semester):
- On or prior to 31 May 2023
- SA Citizens: ZAR 250
- International Applicants: ZAR 300
- After 01 June 2023
- SA Citizens: ZAR 470
- International Applicants: ZAR 580
Please Note: All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment Methods for the CAO Administration Fee:
- Via EasyPay
- Locations: Select stores including Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, Woolworths, or any outlet with the EasyPay sign.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card
- Online Credit Card Payment
- Visit www.cao.ac.za, navigate to ‘My Application’, input your CAO or ID number, and proceed as directed.
- Note: Only Credit Card payments are accepted online.
- Direct Card Payment at the CAO Office
- Location: *Gate 11, Mary Thiphe Street, Cato Manor
- Accepted: Credit or Debit Card
- Important: Cash is not accepted at the CAO Office.
Additional Financial Information:
- Administration Fee: This non-refundable fee applies to all applicants.
- Change of Mind Fee: ZAR 140.00 for any request to modify or re-order programme choices.
International Applicants: Non-South African citizens must pay the international rate unless they have permanent residence or recognized refugee or asylum seeker status by the South African Department of Home Affairs.
