How to Check UKZN Fees Balance 2025-2026
To obtain information about your fee balance at UKZN, students have several convenient options:
SMS Service:
Send an SMS to 34763.
Format: Type “Kzn”, followed by a space, your student number, another space, and then the letter “b”. For example, “Kzn 999999999 b”.
Call Centre:
Dial 031 2603699.
After connecting, select option 1 and then option 2 to proceed.

- In the subject box of the email, include your student number followed by “FEE STAT”. For example, “213580812 FEE STAT”.

Online Fee Statement:
Visit the UKZN Student Central website: https://sc.ukzn.ac.za.
Log into Student Central.
Navigate to the “ADMINISTRATION” tab and select “Student I-Enabler”.
Click on “Student Enquiry” (located on the left tab).
Select “Summarize Statement of Account”.
Your fee balance will be displayed. Click on “FEE” to view your full statement.
