Application and Registration Guide for Prospective Students

Initial Requirements for Application: To ensure your application is successfully processed, please adhere to the following prerequisites:

1. Complete the Registration Form:
   • Ensure all sections of the registration form are accurately filled out.
2. Educational Certificates:
   • Submit copies of your Matriculation certificate or equivalent high school examination certificate.
3. Identification Documents:
   • Provide copies of your ID or passport.
   • Include the ID or Passport of your guardian.
4. Registration Fee:
   • A non-refundable fee of 500 is required upon registration.
5. Initial Deposit:
   • Pay the specified initial deposit or administrative fee for your chosen course of study.

Note: Admission letters or enrollment certificates will not be issued until all the above documents and criteria are received.

Application Process:

1. In-Person Application:
   • Visit any of our campuses and fill out the application at the front desk.
   • Submit your completed application along with the required documents directly at the campus.
2. Online Application:
   • Download the application form here.
   • Complete the form and email it, along with the necessary documentation, to: admissions@www.ciacademy.co.za.
