All Saints University School of Medicine offers a comprehensive 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, designed to equip students with extensive knowledge and skills in the nursing field. Here’s an overview of the program, admission requirements, and academic curriculum:

Admission Requirements:

Educational Background: Applicants must have a high school/secondary school diploma or certificate.

Subject Credits: Credits in Mathematics or Calculus, English, and Science subjects, including Chemistry and Biology, are required.

Transfer Opportunities: Students completing the Nursing degree may be eligible to transfer to the Doctor of Medicine degree program, subject to completing all prerequisite courses.

Advanced Placement:

Holders of an Associate degree or diploma in Nursing may be admitted into the second year of the B.Sc. (Nursing) program.

Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related fields may be eligible for the 3-year (6 semesters) Nursing degree program.

Academic Curriculum:

First Semester (16 weeks): Includes English, Anatomy and Physiology I, Nutrition for Health, Biochemistry, Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to Chemistry, and Foundations of Nursing Care I.

Second Semester (16 weeks): Focuses on English (Logic, Critical Reasoning), Psychology in Healthcare, Introduction to Computers, Anatomy and Physiology II, Clinical Microbiology, and Statistics for Health Workers.

Third Semester (16 weeks): Covers Health and Promotion Maintenance, Community Health Nursing, Epidemiology, Foundations of Patient Care I, Health Assessment, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Nursing Labs 3, and First Aid/CPR.

Fourth Semester (16 weeks): Includes Medical Surgical Adult Nursing I, Foundations of Patient Care II, Pediatric and Neonatology Nursing, and Nursing Labs.

Fifth Semester (16 weeks): Offers Functional Spanish, Medical Surgical Adult Nursing II, Maternity and Obstetrical Nursing, Geriatric Nursing, and Mental Health Nursing.

Sixth Semester (16 weeks): Focuses on Specialized Nursing, Research Methodology, and Management of Nursing Services and Education.
