Admission Requirements:
- Grade 11 / 12 or equivalent
- Registration with SANC for specific nursing programmes
- Community Health Worker/Home Based Care Certificate
- Proof of Computer Literacy (NQF Level 3/ Grade 11) – A Computer Literacy short course will be compulsory from May 2016.

- Required documents include certified copies of ID, Senior Certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), ID photos, proof of residence, previous nursing certification, medical aid, and police clearance certificate.

- Minimum qualification for Community Health Worker Course: NQF level 3 (Grade 11).
- ABET level 4 holders (equivalent to Grade 9) do not qualify for the Community Health Worker course but can apply for other short courses.
