Address Service hung
The Post Office offers this service, which allows clients to: notify the Post Office that they have moved and/or changed their addresses; and request that the Post Office forward their mail to the new address.
Redirection service
This is a service in which mail is redirected to the client’s specified address for a set period of time.
Conditions
The application for a change of address or mail redirection must be made in writing on the appropriate form, which is available at all post offices.
The application must be made on behalf of the household by the registered postbox holder or the head of the family.
No middleman or third party who provides a service for a fee may submit an application for address change or mail redirection on behalf of a client.
A request for a change of address for more than one person must be acted on only if each person’s signature is provided, unless the application is made by the head of the family on behalf of his or her household.
Benefits

Assurance that mail is delivered to its intended recipient
Procedure
The client (registered postbox holder or head of household) fills out the appropriate application form (Application for new, confirmation, change of address, and termination of mail delivery service), which is available at the post office.
The post office must receive both the completed application form and the identity document.
Change of Address Postcard
A change-of-address postcard, which can be used to notify correspondents of your new address, is also available at post offices across the country.
