  1. they I are a fit and proper person,

 (ii) have the necessary qualification and experience,

 (iii) are a valuer member of a Registered Valuer Organization (RVO),

A Valuer will conduct a thorough internal and external inspection of the property, measuring it and noting any significant improvements. Examining and noting the building’s details and condition. Noting any obvious or significant structural flaws.

How long does it take to value a home?

To ensure an accurate valuation, try to have a clear enough schedule that will not rush an estate agent. Allow up to an hour, but typical valuations last about 15-20 minutes.
