It has faster performance, an ultra wide camera, night mode, an hour longer battery life, new colors, and a lower starting price at R12,647.01 instead of the R13,554.47 the iPhone XR launched at. That’s a hell of a value for a new iPhone no matter how you look at it. Basically, if you want more premium materials, a telephoto camera, longer battery life, and a better display, you’re going to lean towards the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max.

Is iPhone 11 good choice in South Africa?

Yes. The iPhone 11 is still a great purchase. It is considerably fast, has capable cameras, good battery life, and will keep getting updates for years to come. The lower-quality display and lack of 5G are annoying, but they’re not big enough issues that most people should be deterred from the phone, especially when it costs R9,036.84.

Is iPhone 11 or 12 better?

The ‌iPhone 12‌ is roughly expected to be 18.4% faster in single-core performance and 17.6% faster overall in multi-core scoring than the ‌iPhone‌ 11. For machine learning, the A14 Bionic features a 16-core Neural Engine, resulting in an 80 percent increase in performance.

The Apple iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max all run on the same processor, like the iPhone XR, XS and XS Max. For 2019, that processor was the A13 Bionic chip with a third-generation neural engine (it’s also in the iPhone SE (2020)).

Is iPhone 11 waterproof?

This means  that the iPhone 11 is almost wholly resistant to dust and dirt and can withstand submersion in water up to 1.5 meters (about five feet) in depth for about half an hour.

If you are someone who requires a long lasting battery, it is a NO!. Also, one obvious reason for not opting for the iPhone 11 is the fact that it is quite old now and offers weaker performance when compared to the iPhone 12. The camera and battery performance are also not as good as the recent models, of course. With the iPhone 11, you will also need to settle for an older, curvy design.
