How do I get a Showmax account?
1. Go to showmax.com.
2. Sign up with your email and create a password.
3. Choose your desired package, Showmax Standard, Showmax Mobile, Showmax Pro or Showmax Pro Mobile.
4. Select a Credit/Debit Card to start your 14-day free trial.
5. Verify your email and you will be automatically logged into your dashboard.
What should I do if I forget my password?
1. On the Showmax website’s top menu, click Sign In.
2. Click ‘Forgot Password’.
3. In the text box, enter the Showmax registered email address.
4. Click ‘Reset Password’.
5. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How to cancel showmax subscription?
1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
2. Select My Account on the top menu bar under your username.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.
What happens if I cancel my Showmax subscription?
You will have access to Showmax until the end of the billing cycle, when your subscription will expire.
