No, you cannot apply for your provident fund online. Instead, you must go via your HR department. Your HR department must countersign the withdrawal notice form before it can be forwarded to you.

 How can I get my provident fund money?

Each of your former employers’ HR departments should be contacted to: a) learn where your money is; b) request a withdrawal form if it is still in the employer’s retirement fund or c) request the contact information for the administrator who oversees the unclaimed benefit fund if the money has already been transferred. As soon as you have completed these forms, you must submit them along with the necessary supporting documents, which usually consist of certified copies of your identification and evidence of citizenship.
