Apply for postal service delivery at your nearest Post Office if you want a new mail box, post box, or private bag. The postal delivery service is valid from January 1st to December 31st of each year and is payable before December.
Please keep in mind that application forms received via mail will not be accepted.
Only registered owners or registered tenants of lodging in locations where street delivery is not possible, such as farms, agricultural holdings, rural and developing areas, are entitled to one free post box at the nearest mail collecting station or post office, based on post office demarcations. Proof of ownership or employment is required.
The post office has the authority to confirm the information on the application.

Attach a copy of your identity document or any other form of identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, to the form and deliver it to a teller at your local post office.
