The following provinces will get advertisement notifications from the government for more than 500,000 hectares of underutilized or unoccupied public land:
43,000 acres in the Eastern Cape;
8,333 hectares in the Free State;
3,684 acres are in KwaZulu-Natal.
Limpopo contains 121,567 hectares.
40,206 hectares in Mpumalanga;
12,224 acres in the Northern Cape;
300,000 acres are in the northwest.
