When will I be billed for my Showmax subscription?
Showmax will bill you on the same day every month after 14 days of your free trial expires.
For example, if you registered to Showmax on the 10th, you will receive a 14-day free trial before being billed on the 24th; following that, you will be billed every 24th.
What happens if I don’t pay Showmax?
In the event of nonpayment, Showmax reserves the right to suspend service. If you fail to pay Showmax on time or if Showmax is unable to collect payment through your Payment Method, your usage of the Showmax Service or your Showmax Account will be suspended.
Can you watch Showmax without paying?
Showmax is a video-on-demand subscription service hence you must pay to access its TV shows and movies. However, Showmax has a 14-day free trial where you can watch TV shows and movies for free.
How do I change my payment method?
1. Go to showmax.com and sign in.
2. Go to My Account and select Manage Subscription.
3. If you have an existing payment method, cancel it.
