Inside Trump’s $100M Crypto Dinner: Lavish Meals, Golden Gifts, and Protesters at the Gate
A Look Inside Donald Trump’s Exclusive Dinner for Top TRUMP Token Holders
VIRGINIA — New images have surfaced from inside Donald Trump’s high-profile dinner held at Trump National Golf Club on May 22, offering a rare glimpse into a closed-door event attended by the top 220 holders of the Official TRUMP token.
The dinner, shrouded in secrecy and not publicly documented by the White House, reportedly aimed to celebrate major investors in the memecoin—many of whom have strong ties to the broader crypto and fintech ecosystem. Tron CEO Justin Sun, Magic Eden CEO Jack Lu, and BitMart CEO Sheldon Xia were among the few who shared visuals of the gathering online.

Guests also received black hats and curated gift bags, according to a video circulating among crypto communities.
Justin Sun Gifted $100K Golden Trump Watch
A key moment came when Justin Sun, reportedly the largest holder of the TRUMP token, was invited to the stage and presented with a gold-plated Trump-branded watch—an item sold by a Trump-affiliated company for $100,000.

Sun, who previously faced charges from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over securities law violations, has emerged as the most prominent backer of Trump’s crypto platform, World Liberty Financial. According to filings and recent disclosures, Sun has invested $93 million across Trump-linked crypto ventures, including $18 million in the TRUMP token alone.

Protesters Clash with Dinner Attendees Outside Golf Club
The dinner was not without controversy. Bloomberg reported that around 100 protesters gathered outside the venue, confronting attendees with signs reading:
-
“Stop Trump’s Crypto Corruption”
-
“Democracy Is Not For Sale”
-
“Crypto Grift Dinner — Bribery On Menu”
The protestors criticized what they view as an ethical breach, arguing that foreign money and digital token investments are being used to gain political access and influence in Trump’s inner circle.
Some activists demanded Trump’s impeachment, while others called for financial reform to address the rise of crypto-funded political donations.
$100M in TRUMP Token Fees and Future Deals on the Horizon
According to insiders, Trump-linked entities have reportedly earned approximately $100 million in trading fees from the TRUMP token since it launched just two days before Trump’s presidential inauguration on Jan. 20.
In a separate development, Trump Media signed a non-binding agreement with Crypto.com on March 24 to develop a line of “Made in America” exchange-traded crypto products.
As Trump’s political and digital ambitions continue to intertwine, questions about conflicts of interest and regulatory oversight are growing louder.
