Milpark Business School Master of Business Administration (MBA)
MBS Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of today’s business world is profoundly changing the way organisations do business, and the way business leaders lead. The skills and abilities leaders once needed to help their organisations thrive are no longer sufficient. Today, more strategic, complex critical-thinking skills are required. Milpark’s accredited MBA addresses exactly that.
Milpark Business School’s MBA students will be able to analyse complex issues, think critically and appreciate alternative perspectives related to core business management issues. They are taught to apply, evaluate and synthesise current management theories in the main functional areas of financial management, human resource management, marketing management, ethics, governance, operations management, global economics and leadership.
While developing creative and imaginative, yet credible, solutions to management issues, Milpark students learn to apply theoretical and practical aspects of the strategic development of organisations in an integrated fashion.
The Master of Business Administration programme focuses on key management functions while paying sound attention to the critical skills that make Milpark’s students outstanding performers in the business environment. Future managers and leaders are also provided with insight and skills related to the areas of social responsibility, the environment and corporate citizenship.
