Final notice

If you do not pay your fees by the payment due date, you will be notified in writing.

If you fail to pay by the due date on the final notice, we will place an encumbrance on your account and send a letter/sms to notify you.

Final Year Final Semester, Fee-Paying Students

You can delay payment of your course fees for up to six months from the commencement of your final semester, if you:

  • apply before your fees are due
  • are paying full fees
  • prove you have serious financial difficulties
  • do not owe any fees from the previous semester when you apply.

Failure to make arrangements will result in your account being handed over to a third part for collection.

Conditions

You must sign a repayment schedule and agree to the conditions.

You cannot:

  • graduate or get an official transcript until your fees are fully paid. We can give you a letter saying you have finished your course
  • get another fee extension if you enrol in another course.

Apply

Apply by completing and returning the fee payment extension form to Student Services.

We will email your Monash account within 5 working days to let you know if we approved your extension.

Cash payments are not accepted at the Student Administration Centre (SAC).
