AD HOC/PART-TIME FACILITATOR
Become a part-time/ad hoc facilitator within the Executive Education section of the NMMU Business School.
Key Performance Areas
`` Facilitating learning processes linked to specific learning outcomes and target audiences
`` To create, develop and facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies of students attending various Leadership & Management programmes
`` Identify and apply appropriate facilitation techniques and learning methodologies that will create a stimulating learning environment and unlock learning potential
`` Conduct assessments of learning outcomes against specific assessment criteria
Core Competencies
`` Expert knowledge in the theory and application of relevant disciplines
`` Good business and industry related experience – especially in a consulting environment `` Extensive experience at facilitating learning for adult student
`` Experience at facilitating and assessing at post graduate level `` Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
An appropriate post-grad qualification, preferably a Masters or Doctoral qualification, with relevant business & industry experience.
