We’re proud to host 5 campuses across South Africa, all recognized by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Each new nursing program is fully accredited, with program launches set for January yearly (please note that accreditation for the Kwa Zulu Natal (KZN) campus is underway).
- Gauteng South West (GSW) Campus, Auckland Park: HC and DN
- Gauteng North East (GNE) Campus, Centurion: HC and DN
- Western Cape (WC) Campus, Bellville: HC and DN
- Eastern Cape (EC) Campus, Gqeberha: HC and DN
- Kwa Zulu Natal (KZN) Campus, Umhlanga: Accreditation in progress
Admission Guidelines:
- Basic Criteria:
- National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification at NQF exit level 4.
- For the Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing (R169): English, Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, and Life Sciences all with a minimum of 40%.
- For the Diploma in Nursing – General (R171): English, Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, Life Sciences (all with a minimum of 40%), Computer Literacy at NQF level 3, and one other subject with a minimum of 40% from the designated subject list.
- Special Criteria:
- Those with a relevant health-related qualification at NQF Level 3 or 4.
- Mature students (23 years and above) who meet the basic requirements and Netcare’s selection criteria.
2025-2026 Application & Selection Flow:
- Forward your Nursing application to registrations@kreducation.co.za.
- Upon receipt, you’ll get a link to the New Applicant Survey.
- Eligible candidates will be summoned for pre-selection assessments.
- Upon successful document submission and fee payment, a pre-selection date will be provided.
- Post-assessment results, note that a successful score doesn’t guarantee admission.
- Campus-specific selections are made based on merit, South Africa’s EAP needs, and SANC regulations.
- Finally, successful candidates will be intimated about their admission and registration details.
International Students: Non-South African students must furnish certified:
- SAQA evaluation of their highest educational qualifications.
- A study permit or a foreign workforce management endorsement.
- Relevant legal documentation for name discrepancies.
- For foreign nurses: SANC license.
- A passport with an expiry date post the completion of your program.
- Valid refugee status or asylum seeker documentation.
- Relevant legislative requirements and hospital endorsements, where needed.
