Treverton College Application Form
Download and complete an application form and return to admin@treverton.co.za or fax 033-2631210 along with the following:
- A non-refundable fee of R400 (covering administrative costs including credit clearances) or proof of payment thereof;
- The applicant’s birth certificate, a passport photo, latest year-end & most recent termly report;
- A copy of both parent ID’s and the ID/Documents of the person/entity responsible for the account (if other than a parent)
Once all documents are received, an interview for you and your child and tour of the school will be arranged with the respective Headmaster.
