    • Admission Requirement: A Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
    • Selection Criteria: Applicants must pass an audition, demonstrating their proficiency in playing musical instruments (both solo and ensemble), reading music, and understanding the fundamental theory of music.
  2. For Applicants Who Obtained a National Senior Certificate in or After 2008:
    • Admission Requirement: A National Senior Certificate with a bachelor’s degree or a diploma endorsement, or an equivalent qualification, with an achievement level of at least 3 for English (home language or first additional language).
    • Selection Criteria: Applicants should have an Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 18. The APS contributes 10% to the final admission score, with theoretical proficiency (20%), musicality (60%), and communication skills (10%) also playing a role.
  3. For Applicants With a National Certificate (Vocational):
    • Admission Requirement: A National Certificate (Vocational) with specific subject performance criteria.
    • Selection Criteria: Applicants must have an Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 27.
