Admission Requirements and Selection Criteria
The admission requirements for the NDRCF0 program vary depending on when you obtained your senior certificate:
For Applicants Who Obtained a Senior Certificate Before 2008:
- Admission Requirement(s): A Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Recommended Subject(s): Economic Sciences and English.
- Selection Criteria: Applicants will go through a selection process based on academic potential. In some cases, tests may be required to assess your potential for recreation management studies.
For Applicants Who Obtained a National Senior Certificate in or After 2008:
- Admission Requirement(s): A National Senior Certificate with a bachelor’s degree or a diploma endorsement, or an equivalent qualification with specific achievement levels in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Recommended Subject(s): None.
- Selection Criteria: An Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 18 is required for consideration. Applicants with different APS scores may undergo additional assessments.
For Applicants with a National Certificate (Vocational):
- Admission Requirement(s): A National Certificate (Vocational) with specified subject achievement percentages.
- Selection Criteria: An Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 27 is required for consideration.
