Application Status Inquiry

To inquire about your current application status, simply enter your ID, CAO, or UKZN student number in the designated field. Your application result will be classified as one of the following:

1. Confirmed Offers:

Unconditional offer, excluding accommodation or financial aid
Offer including accommodation
Offer excluding financial aid

2. Indeterminate Statuses:

Under Review
Waitlisted
Pending Final Decision
Additional Documentation Required (e.g., academic records)

3. Unsuccessful Applications:

Admission Requirements Not Met
Programme Capacity Reached
Offer Lapsed (non-response within the stipulated timeframe)
Offer Declined by Applicant

B. Offer Acceptance Protocol

Accepting your Offer:

Please be advised that offer acceptance for Undergraduate applicants is facilitated entirely online. A link will be dispatched to the email address you registered with, and you will receive your login credentials via SMS. This will grant you access to the UKZN Student iEnabler where you can confirm your acceptance for one or more offers and upload any necessary documentation.

Prior to submission, you must download, complete, and sign the ‘Acceptance of Offer’ and ‘Indemnity’ forms available online, alongside any other documents required.
